Deep in my heart, I am a curious explorer. Broadening my horizons, challenging my assumptions, and mapping the uncharted—these are what energize me, along with collaborating with others to turn ideas into reality.

This diverse journey has shaped my broad background and experience. From growing up on a farm to traveling the world as a professional chef, studying business, and working in various industries, functions, and organizations across three different continents, I’ve gained a wealth of insights.

With the guidance of great mentors, I’ve built new business units, introduced innovative technologies and ingredients to the market, and engaged with different stages of the manufacturing value chain.

My entrepreneurial ventures, combined with my work as a consultant and coach, have provided a platform for continuous learning and growth. Most importantly, they have allowed me to reflect and transform intuition into tested methods and processes.
